Shipping is calculated on your order total after any reward discounts, and shown before you pay. Once your order ships, you’ll find the carrier and tracking number under Orders in your account.

Where we ship

Digital products

DMA firmware and AI aim assistance are digital, so there’s no shipping and no address needed. After you pay, join our Discord at discord.gg/jbt and open a ticket with your order ID to receive them.

Returns

You can return items within 30 days of delivery.

  1. Sign in and open a support ticket. Choose the order you want to return.
  2. Tell us which items you’re returning and why.
  3. We’ll reply with return instructions.
